Some messages deserve more than text.
Give welcomes, congratulations, appreciation, and celebrations a face, a voice, and a little personality.
Which moment will your team bring to life first?
Welcome someone new
Make "welcome to the team" feel welcoming.
Let people introduce themselves and see who they've just joined, before the first meeting.
Say thanks
Make appreciation feel personal.
A Faxie is harder to ignore than a Slack message and easier to make than a video call.
Just because
Not every moment needs a business case.
Sometimes a little joy is the whole point.
Mark the occasion
Birthdays. Promotions. Anniversaries. Milestones.
Give your team a reason to show up for each other, not just the work.
With remote work we gained flexibility.
But we lost some of the spontaneous moments.
The little moments that build familiarity, recognition, and belonging. Faxie makes them easy to create again.
Faxie is designed for teams building connected cultures.
For People Teams
Bring people together. Without another program to manage.
Building connection across a distributed company matters. But too often, the work of making it happen falls back on HR.
Faxie gives managers and teams an easy way to welcome, recognize and celebrate one another in Slack. The experience is built in, participation is simple, and People Ops doesn't have to keep it alive.
Strengthen connection across distributed teams
Create more of the small, human moments that help people get to know one another and feel part of something shared.
Help managers make connection part of the job
Give managers an easy way to recognize people, celebrate wins and bring their teams together without waiting for HR to organize it.
Give HR a tool, not another program
Faxie comes with ready-to-use occasions and simple workflows, so it can spread across the organization without becoming another initiative for People Ops to constantly plan, promote and manage.
Give your people more reasons to connect.
